This two way glue is blue when wet and turns clear when dry. If a permanent fixing is required stick your item to your surface before the glue dries. If a replaceable fixing is required allow to dry until tacky (goes clear) and then position onto your surface. The pen shape makes it easy to apply the glue accurately.
