Roberson Retouching Varnish 250 ml

Made with Damar resin and solvent this varnish can be used on touch dry layers of oil paintings. It helps rectify dull areas and further layers of oil paint can be applied over the top. Traditionally used as a temporary varnish on oil paintings that require a finishing coat but have not had sufficient drying time to apply a final picture varnish.
